By helping others you help yourself.

Many have come to me questioning their soul purpose.   What’s my life purpose? What am I here to do?  Why do I feel like something is missing?  These are all very  important questions.  Its only when you come to this part of your life, when you start to assess and wonder what its all about, that your ready to hear the truth and ready to follow what your true soul purpose is.

Very early in my healing work I started to receive the same message to share with others repeatedly from spirit.  This message is relevant to every one upon this earth.  Your soul purpose is , wait for it…………… “To love and care for yourself and to love and care for others.”  “That’s all” I asked suddenly thinking of everything I had experienced and suffered in my own life. “Mankind makes it all so complicated but life is as simple as that.  You make the decision to live your life with this soul purpose and happiness will surround you.” I heard.

When we are not following our soul purpose it is to easy to do what I refer to as ‘implode” upon oneself, in others words to become self centred and self sabotaging when things are not going the way we wish.  Bitterness and blame set in, resentment and anger follow until your conscious mind becomes so wrapped up in its own self-importance it’s impossible to look outside the box you’ve imprisoned yourself in.  You separate from your true authentic self.

How do we then love and care for ourselves and love and care for others?

So now is “the time”, it is time to look outside the box to others.  It is time to open your heart and seek ways you may help others.  By doing this you help yourself.  You find a greater purpose in your life and you will feel a sense of love and acceptance for yourself when you find ways to assist others with no expectations, no wish for reward, just to feel gratitude that you were able to make a difference no matter how big or small.

So if you’re feeling a little sad and lonely today, think outside your box.  Think of someone else you are aware may be in need of some help.

Can you help the elderly neighbour with some shopping or gardening?  Can you help the mother with young children with baking or housework?  Can you smile at the sad soul you see across the counter as you do your shopping?  It doesn’t have to be a lot, it just could make a big difference for that person and yourself.

God, the divinity, the one consciousness doesn’t judge how big your help is, but God does know how much love and good intention you share with others.

Life is to short to feel sad, its for us to find joy and happiness in our hearts, its for us to seek out how we can simply love and care for ourselves and love and care for others.

All in Perfection
