It could be because you simply feel you must reciprocate after receiving an unexpected gift. You may feel what you have received has ill intentions, you feel they are trying to buy your love. They may be purchasing expensive presents and you don’t have the same funds to reciprocate making you feel guilty when you cant reciprocate or embarrassed because you don’t’. It creates the feelings of being cornered or forced into doing something you really don’t wish to do. Whatever the reasons, you feel obligated. When you feel obligated the energy you instil into the purchase is a Negative Energy flow.

Christmas time is when these energies really flow, feeling forced to purchase for someone you think you have to, not because you wish to.
So how do you overcome this, for the negative energy flow, if continued is destructive and impacts on relationships. If the intention is to buy you off and you choose not to reciprocate then the flow stops and will also stop any negative relationships. Also the intention of the present is to hold a relationship together then there is no loving relationship at all.
If you wish to reciprocate then focus on what energy you wish to instil into the purchase. Most importantly your love is the greatest gift you can give anyone. A small affordable gift purchased with love is far more powerful than any other present you can give.
We are all sensitive beings and can feel if a present is given with love and care or obligation and resentment.
